  • Previous Landlord Referral

  • Employment Confirmation

  • Liquid Funds Verification (in some cases)

  • Cash Requirements to Move in:

    • First Month’s Rent

    • Security Deposit Equal to First Month’s Rent

    • $50 Fee for Each Adult Applying for Tenancy

  • Pets are on a Case by Case Basis
